How to Sign Out of Outlook
If you want to sign out of Outlook, then follow the below steps
Step 1. first open Outlook and click on Tools as shown below in the picture
Step 2. After you click on the Tools section, you will see a drop-down menu where you need to click on Account Settings to logout Outlook.
Step 3. When you click on Account Settings, you will see a new window showing the email account through which you have logged in to Outlook. So, select the Id and click on remove.
Step 4. In the next step, you will see a new window with a notification. Read carefully the notification and click on Ok for the further step.
Step 5. After you click on OK, the window will get closed and you will be redirected to the previous window. You need to click on Close.
Step 6. In the next step of log out of log off, Outlook will pop up a new window showing the Mail Setup. You need to click on Show Profiles as shown below in the picture.
Step 7. After you click on Show Profiles, again you will see a new window showing the profiles setup with Outlook in your computer. So, select Outlook and click on Remove.
Step 8. Next, click on Yes.
Step 9. In the final step, click on Apply and you are done with signing out of Outlook.
